My name is Sophia Yang, and I was born and raised in Canada. From a young age, I have always been interested in visual arts. I would draw non stop, day and night. As a someone with a minimal attention span, I would still be able to concentrate on art for hours on end. My art style mainly consists of stylized characters, drawn digitally as a reflection for my love of animations.

Some of my biggest inspirations for my art would be Ai Yazawa, Inio Asano, Tatsuki Fujimoto ,and the series 'Balala the Fairies", which was the foundation of my art today. The artists I've listed have done a phenomenal job using illustrations to convey emotions in stories. My hope for the future is to be able to emulate their artwork that will give others these feelings but in my own unique way.
